A Succulent Planting Scheme for La Réserve in Monaco
Jardins Concept Monaco has completed a succulent planting scheme at La Réserve residence in Monaco, creating a planted border along the façade following nearby waterproofing works.
At La Réserve residence in Monaco, Jardins Concept Monaco has completed a planting scheme featuring numerous succulents. Set within a long raised planter at the foot of the glazed façade, the arrangement brings greenery to this urban setting.
The planting follows work in an adjacent area, where a substantial amount of soil had to be removed to renew the waterproofing. The completed landscape composition follows on from that intervention.
Upright stems, compact clusters and rosette-shaped foliage create a varied planting rhythm. Shades of green are punctuated by grey-purple tones, while pink pebbles and decorative rocks highlight the distinctive forms of the succulents.
The long planter follows the shopfront windows, adding greenery without obscuring the glazing. Contrasts between foliage, stone and the warm-toned cladding give the composition a Mediterranean character that complements the architecture.
